Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:

1. To enter the prize draw simply fill in your details on one of the Find Locally Limited websites. This promotion will be conducted over several Find Locally Limited websites simultaneously, however only one entry per person is accepted in total. Find Locally Limited does not accept responsibility for prize draw entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission.
2. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and reside in the United Kingdom. Persons involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, employees of Find Locally Limited, their relatives, affiliates and agents are not eligible for entry, neither is anyone under the age of 18.
3. Entry to the draw is not conditional upon the purchase of goods. Anyone registering to receive promotional emails will be automatically entered into this and subsequent draws. The closing date for entry into this prize draw is 31st December 2006 and as a matter of policy no entries will be returned.
4. The prize is Two week Caribbean holiday worth £2,500 as a one off draw and then a monthly draw for an iPod Nano (or media player of equivalent value). A cash alternative of £2500 will be offered in lieu of the main prize if requested by the winner.
5. The winner will be chosen at random by Find Locally Limited within 7 days after the closing date and will be notified by e-mail. If the winner is uncontactable by email within 4 weeks of the draw, we reserve the right to select another winner or cancel the prize draw.
6. We reserve the right to feature photographs, the name and location of the prize winner in future promotions. The name of the prize winner will also be made available to other entrants of the prize draw as requested either by email or by sending a S.A.E. to Find Locally Ltd, Charlton House, Riverside Park, Raynesway, Derby DE21 7BF.
7. We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of this competition for the purposes of remaining compliant with current legislation and other such purposes where a change is deemed appropriate and necessary at our sole discretion
8. We reserve to the right to extend the closing date of this competition or cancel the competition in the event of insufficient uptake of the competition
9. In the event of insufficient uptake or subsequent release of an amended or new competition, we reserve the right to roll competition entries into the new/ amended competition
10. The decision of the judge(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. By entering the prize draw entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
12. All data gathered is treated in accordance with the Find Locally Limited privacy policy
